How do I share files in SoulseekQt?

Go to the Options->File Sharing tab and click 'Share Folder' in the top bar.

that doesn't work. I go to share files and there is nothing there. i would need images on what to do because i'm so fed up with people saying what to do and it doesn't work.

I've put a folder to be shared up but it won't share, any ideas why this might be the case?
