Notifications Clearing Buttons

Add a button on the very top row for the following windows: Chat/(any) - "Clear All Message Notifications". Search/Wish List Searches - "Clear All Wish List Notifications". Users/Online Alerts - "Clear All Online Alert Notifications". It would be nice to clear them all at once instead of having to click on them individually and loading each tab in the process. This would just remove those notices, not remove any message or wish list results tabs that have been added.
