Increasing place in queue

My place in the queue for a particular album from a particular user keeps going up and not down. Can someone please explain this to me? Every other file(s) I download is/are don't have this problem.

I have the very same problem. After hours of waiting I got 200 places further (from 6500 to 6300), and all of a sudden I'm back at 6500.
This is extremely frustrating.
First in, first out, no? Wouldn't that be a great thing.
