User not able to upload

I have one particular user who cannot upload files, the files flash on a constant basis, Queued, Aborted, Uploading or Cancelled. The status flashes to another status every second or so and does not stay on any one status. I can download from this user with no problem. Other users are able to upload from my Share Folders with no problem. I have tried every adjustment I can locate but nothing seems to cure this issue.
