Soulseek download folder files lost

Hi guys. have a ittle problem here. i opened my mac after 3 weeks of not using it , checked my soulseek download folder and it has only 3 folders left out of many. i never deleted anything and i think it is a problem that i logged on my account on another computer. what do you think is the problem? i haven't emptied trash or anything. or maybe soulseek has hidden all my folders. any help would be appreciated :)
