What happens to the user list when I update?

Hi.

I haven't updated SS for a while and I'd like to know first if the saved user list will be saved after an update.

I don't see a save to file or similar option for this to happen.

I can take a screenshot of course (already have), but I'd like to know if the user list will stay intact before updating.

P.D: I saw their is a nice settings backup tool in the stickies, but I'm not really sure if the User List is saved.

If you are still using the original NS client, make a backup first. If you already are using Qt, then the settings are saved when you upgrade to a different build.

There is an option in Qt to import your old user list from NS. It's under the Options - Extras section.
