Save user image from user info

Some of these images are awesome to have. I believe there is such an option in Nicotine-Plus - another slsk client.

take a screenshot?
or if the picture is bigger than the screen, ask the person to send it to you?
or just take multiple screenshots and merge them together..? :)

I could take a screenshot but I don't want to decrease quality of the original picture upon saving (which is most likely a JPEG).

I could bother each and every other person to send the picture over to me but who would want to search for that picture since it cannot be saved from user info? That person doesn't even need to have that picture separately.

All in all I would prefer to simply save it with a simple button.
