lost my support days and cant login again

i lost all my support days that i paid paypal i had 188 or so left and cant login any longer, getting socket errors. please help, this is my second attempt at creating an incident issue.

Still no progress on issue of connectivity or new support days
I have only used QT as a client and it is currently uninstalled.

THE PROGRAM LAUNCHES HOWEVER IT ONLY LAUNCHES ONE PAGE AND CANNOT DOWNLOAD AY FILES. SOULSEEK LAUNCHES WITH ONLY ONE PAGE AND THAT IS IT. I CAN RUN SEARCHES AND RETURN SOME RESULTS HOWEVER CANNOT GET ANYFILES TO DOWNLOAD. i BELIEVE THE FIX IS INCOMPLETE. PLEASE HELP THANKS GIUSEPPE.
