import/export wishlists

Add the ability to import tab- or comma-delimited text files to the wishlist, also ability to export.

yes that would make sense, for old Soulseek NS i had a java tool to convert a simple .txt file with each line a wishlist entry to binary format wishlist.cfg , that worked quite well .

im not sure about the format in new QT version perhaps someone could report how wishlist db/entries are handled
