Wish List Editing?

I have a list of items I want to add to my wish list. Is there a way I can populate the file in my AppData folder instead of copying and pasting the items in one at a time? If so, how would I go about doing that?

I agree the ability to add tab- or comma-delimted files to the wishlist would be awesome. I'd even like it to be able to use a specific file, such as wishlist.txt, so that we can do our editing there or even swap it out occasionally for those of us with huge lists.
