Port Problems: IDK What to do??

Okay, so last night, 11/12/13 my SoulSeek was working fine..today 11/13/13 it is not! idk why, I think it may have to do with the port? I'm using SoulSeekQt 2013.11.6 and there are no rooms showing up when I click the tab, no chats when I click the tab, and nothing shows up when I use the search engine!! Im Confused, upon checking the port, I am sent to a site with this message:

IP: 132.238.231.136 Port: 52032/tcp CLOSED. Your router and/or Soulseek client needs to be configured correctly.

You may want to check this list of port forwarding guides for instructions specific to your router model.

Don't forget that you need to restart your client if you modify your listening port.

I am not very good in fixing these types of things and would greatly appreciate any help! thanks

I suggest checking the easier option which is to select uPnP mapping in your Login settings. See if that helps.

no luck with selecting uPnP...

Ok well are your ports open on your router or modem?

Im not very computer literate haha I'm not sure what my port or modem would be, I am using a macbook pro with OSX..
