Offline invitations for private rooms

It would be great if we could invite users to rooms even if they are offline. Right now one has to be online to get the invitation. Also, could we have the "accept private room invitations" activated by default? Some users forget to activate it.

Definitely can't have the acceptance on by default, that would defeat the whole purpose of having it. The reason it was implemented in the first place is that users were being added to rooms without being asked.
