Option for indexing symlinks

Description:
This was the default once, but changed to solve this (on Windows): http://www.soulseekqt.net/news/node/832 The behaviour described here is easily addressed using symlinks: http://www.soulseekqt.net/news/node/1985 I would like to have a directory containing only symbolic links to explicitly point to what I want to share, and currently I cannot. It would be nice to have an option for that, disabled by default. Cheers!

Which build are you using? The latest build appears to follow Windows symlinks even though it's instructed not to. May very well be an old Qt bug: https://bugreports.qt-project.org/browse/QTBUG-3431 , or possibly a new Qt 5 bug. Can you verify whether this happens on your end?

I'm using this build: http://www.soulseekqt.net/SoulseekQT/Linux/SoulseekQt-2013-5-18.tgz.
I just confirmed that ~/slsk/share/album -> ~/music/album is not added to my shares when I share the ~/slsk/share folder.
