Login Failed: Socket Error

Hi! My name is Maureen and I recently moved from one building to another in Chicago. Since then (May 1) I cannot login in to Soulseek. My building pays for my cable and internet (through DirecTV) and I fear that the ISP has been blocked. I don't know if it's that or if I need to change listening ports. I'm not sure what to do. Can somebody help me? I messaged Nir a few times but haven't received a response.

I think I need to set up a "Team Viewer" thing however, I don't know how to set this up. I've used Soulseek for 6 years! I can't let this be the end!
