Wouldn't this be confusing for many users? After all, perhaps the downloader aborted the download for good reason (realizing they did not want the file after all...) Giving an uploader the ability to retry/resume an aborted upload, could be a nuisance for the downloaders that abort downloads for legitimate reasons. imho.
You're right in a way. I am looking from an album upload perspective though and it would be unlikeley that a certain track from it is not wanted. It's a feature meant to help both parties so some sense is to be used :) Soulseek157NS has this feature.
